January Meeting: Business Building Workshop

The January chapter meeting will be held on Monday, January 21, 2008 at Pal's Cabin in West Orange, NJ. The Board Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. followed by Networking at 6:30, and Dinner at 7:00. The guest speaker will be Erik Swanson, a Senior National Trainer for High Achievers, who will conduct a Business Building Workshop expressly for appraisers. Mr. Swanson will talk about time management, prospecting for business, increasing referrals, discovering clients, communication skills, overcoming objections, and landing the engagement.

A graduate of the University of Vermont, Erik began his career with a NYC advertising agency, then moved on to share the stage with sales and motivational trainers such as Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Tom Hopkins, Jack Canfeld, and Tony Robbins. Today, Erik is the President of three companies, American Sales Trainers Association, Universal Seminars, and Thank You International. An engaging speaker who motivates with real life experiences and customized training, he is the veteran of over 5000 speaking engagements and keynote addresses. This is a must-attend seminar for everyone interested in growing their business.
