Divorce in New York in the 21st Century

Co-sponsored by ASA New York City Chapter 30 and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York the March Mock Trial meetingAmerican justice. will take place on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 in the landmark headquarters of the New York City Bar at 42 West 44th St, New York, NY 10036. Gold, ASA, the New York State Real Estate Appraiser, the meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. with a networking breakfast and ends with a Q&A period closing at 1:45 p.m. Called Divorce in New York in the 21st Century: "Who Gets What & How Much?", the mock trial features an expert panel of attorneys and ASA experts who will take you through a step-by-step analysis with expert testimony and cross-examination of New York City matrimonial dispute involving a number of assets.

Justice Jacqueline W. Silbermann The participants will include Justice Jacqueline W. Silbermann, Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for Matrimonial Matters, Administrative Judge Supreme Court, Civil Branch (photo right), several expert attorneys, and Bernard Sencer, ASA, of Sencer Appraisal Associates, Inc., Robert Simon, ASA, of Robert Simon Fine Art, and Charles Rosoff, ASA, of Appraisal Services Associates. This is an invaluable opportunity to learn first hand from tested and experienced valuation and litigation experts. The program qualifies for four hours of ASA Continuing Education Credit.
