March Meeting: Hotel Appraisal
The March Chapter Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 6:00 pm at Pal's Cabin in West Orange, NJ. The Executive Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 pm followed by Dinner at 7:00. The guest speaker is Anthony (Tony) J. Rinaldi, ASA, who will discuss “Understanding the Different Assets in a Hotel Appraisal: Real Property, Personal Property and Intangible Property.”
Tony is the principal owner of Miller-Rinaldi & Co. in River Edge, New Jersey. The firm was established in 1975. Tony has had extensive experience in appraising and providing court testimony with numerous properties containing different kinds of assets and their relevance. He will discuss the process of understanding different assets in hotel appraisals and provide excerpts from a sample appraisal.
The program qualifies for two hours of ASA Continuing Education Credit. Dinner is $30 per person for members; $40 for non-members.
