September Meeting: Appraisal Challenges after Hurricane Sandy
The September Chapter Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 6:00 pm at The Montville Inn, 167 Main Rd, Montville NJ 07045 (Phone: 973-541-1234) [Map]. The Executive Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 pm followed by Dinner at 6:30. The guest speaker is Mike Ehrenberg, the owner of MEI Appraisal Company, LLC, who will talk about "Appraisal Challenges After Hurricane Sandy".
A graduate of the University of Delaware, Mr. Ehrenburg specializes in the valuation of residential and commercial properties for financing and tax appeal purposes. He is experienced in complex commercial, industrial, vacant land and residential appraisals for estate, litigation, relocation and financing. He has testified before ad-valorem and zoning board cases in over 20 states, and is qualified as an expert witness in federal, state, and local courts.
Mike Ehrenburg’s discussion of post Sandy appraisal challenges is sure to be interesting. The program qualifies for two hours of ASA Continuing Education Credit.
